RPC is a very comprehensive teacher training program. As such, our students and graduates are prepared for nearly any situation that might arise in a Pilates studio. It takes one year to complete a course. That said, often our students have full-time jobs or other time commitments, in which case they are welcome to take longer to finish their program.
-
Our course consists of in-person workshops, observation, practice teaching and doing the work - which we call “self practice” (but does not mean to practice alone, simply that you yourself are doing Pilates. More on that in the hours section.)
Workshops are called modules. We have nine modules, 160 face-to-face hours. Those modules are: Foundations, Mat I, Mat II, Reformer I, II and III and (other) Apparatus I, II, and III.
The apparatus we cover in our course is: mat, ring, hand weights, reformer, cadillac, wunda chair, high chair, ladder barrel, spine corrector and ped-o-pul.

If a student misses a day, two days or a weekend they can make up all missed material any time, at any host location, and is covered by their initial enrollment fee.
If a student would like to be taught the missed material in a 1:1 seminar, that can be scheduled directly with our faculty and has a fee of $200/hour. -
Course schedule smay be subject to change according to need or circumstance. Students will be notified in advance via email.
If a student can no longer attend a day or module that’s been rescheduled, a make up of any missed material can be made at any location, any time. -
Anatomy is a very important part of our training. We cover anatomy, biomechanics, alignment, pathologies, contraindications and modifications in depth throughout your education. Anatomy and Physiology at a college level is required before testing out of our program. We also offer our very own course to meet this need - The Lab | Anatomy.
Pro Tip - you can take anatomy and physiology for free with Carnegie Mellon, online.
-
Students in our program complete homework throughout their coursework. From Foundations to practicum, students will complete 200 observation hours, 200 student teaching hours and 200 ‘self practice’ hours. Self practice means you are taking a live class or session taught by a comprehensively certified teacher. Streaming classes and practice by yourself, while valuable, will not count towards our self practice requirement. Combined with your seminar hours, RPC is a 760 Hour Program.

Each student takes a series of what we call “level assessments” as part of a cumulative Practical Exam. The components include video submissions and in-person teaching.
Students are eligible for their Level I, Level II and Level III assessments upon completion of their modules and hours and for level III, your anatomy requirement.
Pro Tip - we are here to help you every step of the way. Being engaged with our community is supportive to all students at all stages of their journey.

The cost of our course during early registration is $7300. One of the many uniques of our program is that once you register for our course, you are always and forever a student with us. You can take any module, anywhere, at any time if you’d like - for free. We believe in always learning and always growing and want to give our students the right to audit any module they’d like, with any faculty they’d like, for as long as you need or want to. Paying in full is slightly more cost effective than our payment plan, but we know not everyone can do that, so …
Payment Plan
We offer a payment plan to everyone. Your first payment is due to hold your spot and then eight monthly payments follow.
Scholarship
Each host location has its own scholarship information.

We know life can shift unexpectedly—and we honor that. At the same time, your enrollment sets a whole ecosystem in motion: faculty schedules, materials, cohort planning, and community care. Because of that, here’s how our cancellation policy works:
Full refunds are available only if we receive your written cancellation request at least 30 days before the start of the Foundations module.
No refunds can be issued within 30 days of the course start date whether you will attend partially or fully.
If you’re on a payment plan, please know: by enrolling, you’re agreeing to complete all scheduled payments in full. Payment plans cannot be canceled or paused once we’re within 30 days of the course start.
To request a cancellation at least 30 days prior to your start date, simply email us at hello@rebelpilatescollective.com with “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.
We don’t take these policies lightly—they exist so we can show up fully for every faculty, host and student who says “yes” to this journey. And we’re always here to talk if you’re navigating a tough situation.

You’re Not Just Joining a Program—You’re Joining a Community
At Rebel Pilates Collective, community isn’t an add-on—it’s the focus of our mission.
From day one, you’ll be welcomed into our virtual space: a vibrant, inclusive hub where future and current teachers gather to share wins, ask honest questions, exchange resources, and support one another through the messy, beautiful work of becoming safe and effective Pilates educators.
This isn’t a “graduate and disappear” program.
Once you’re in, you’re in—for good (as long as you remain in good standing). Why? Because transforming the Pilates industry takes more than skilled teachers. It takes a collective—a circle of kind, curious, radically inclusive humans who believe:
“There’s room for everyone at this table.”
And that includes you.
We’re building something new here: a community where your voice matters, your identity is honored, and your growth is held with care. This is how we rewrite the rules—together.
So come sit with us. You belong here.

A cost you should consider as part of your entire education is for your self-practice hours. You’ll be taking classes and sessions with comprehensively certified teachers, 200 of them, so be sure to add this to your budget. Host studios are not benefiting financially from hosting our course. They host us in hopes of hiring t and in many cases incur a cost to bring us in. Often they hope to hire grads from Rebel as a reason to host us/.
One way you can support your host is to take classes and sessions there but also don’t feel obligated to do so if you have different plans for your practice hours.Pro Tip - often studios need front desk staff and typically offer free classes to their staff - it’s worth asking about if this is a financial burden for you.
-
We have a 100% graduation rate.
All of our graduates (and many of our current students) are working in the Pilates industry. From very large national luxury gyms to local boutique studios, requests for our graduates come in nearly every day. The Pilates industry needs qualified teachers and hiring managers are looking to RPC to help fill those spots. There are more requests than graduates, we have an abundance of interview opportunities waiting for those who finish our program.Pro Tip - your host is hoping to hire you when you’re done, if you’d like to work at your host studio, approach your time in their studio as a very long first interview.
-
Absolutely! It’s not uncommon at all for students to bridge into our program from other teacher training experiences. Comprehensively certified teachers from courses covering Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Magic Circle and Ped-o-pul will not have to complete practice hours with us.

Reading Requirements & Suggestions: Return to Life by Joseph Pilates is required reading. RTL is in the public domain and can be found here for free. Titles written by Blandine Calais-Germain, especially Anatomy of Movement are helpful supplements to your anatomy journey. The Anatomy Trail Guide is a valuable anatomy text and can assist a beginner teacher in recognizing and recruiting particular muscles and muscle groups.

We believe financial accessibility matters—which is why we offer installment options to help you invest in your future without undue stress.
That said, your full tuition is considered earned upon registration. This means your place in the cohort is secured, and the total course fee is owed in full from day one—even if you’re paying in monthly installments.
Why? Because we begin reserving resources, building community, and preparing for you and your journey the moment you say “yes.”
We’re here to support you every step of the way—just reach out if anything feels unclear.
