A scientifically sound approach to the Pilates method

Rigorous Classical Pilates teacher training
— done differently
Our Course
Our comprehensive course consists of nine modules, 158 face-to-face workshop hours, and 600 study hours outside of those workshops. Students will learn the Classical Pilates repertoire, variations, how to teach individuals and groups as well as how to approach various pathologies.
Inside of the nine seminar or module weekends you will be learning in three ways - interactive lecture, doing the exercises yourself in whatever way is best for your body and teaching the exercises.
We have a 100% graduation rate.

All teacher training in the Pilates industry has a personal practice component. Be sure to understand what this commitment is as some schools either hide it or charge double the course fee for individual sessions with their ‘master’ teachers.
Our course does require 200 hours of you own Pilates practice to be completed before you test and graduate. Those hours can be classes, sessions or study sessions with fellow RPC™️ students and can be done anywhere you feel the most comfortable so long as the teacher is comprehensively certified to teach Pilates (or a fellow student).
It’s important also to note that it’s very common that schools require you do the exercises without adaptation. We not only allow but encourage you to do what’s best for you as the expression of the exercise you are learning.
We also require you to observe and practice teach. You can do that anywhere you’d like if you observe comprehensively certified teachers or RPC™️ apprentices. However, RPC™️ hosts offer their students free opportunities as well. Each host studio has its own guidelines posted online.
